Rebar shaping is not a passive process. Inaccurate cuts and bends create structural complications on site, cause delays, and add cost. Our shaping operation applies strict tolerances to every job, working to the specifications provided by the client or their structural engineer.
Every batch is checked against the schedule before it leaves. Dimensions, bar markings, and bundling are all verified. Nothing is released to the collection point without passing this check.
Full Traceability on Every Order
We maintain full traceability on every order. Each batch is linked to its source material, its production date, and its specification. This matters to structural engineers, site managers, and quality auditors alike. If a question arises about any product after collection, we can answer it.
