FERGreen® is Feralpi's comprehensive environmental strategy and product certification, a commitment built over more than 20 years of sustainability reporting and backed by third-party science-based verification.
It represents the gold standard in low-emission European steel: produced almost entirely from recycled scrap, manufactured using clean energy, and certified against independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).

High Quality Custom Fabrication
Through our state of the art manufacturing facilities, we fabricate rigorously tested rebar, including electro-welded steel mesh, tailored to customer needs, thus reducing waste.
Powered by the Sun
Approximately 70% of our energy requirements are generated by our own photovoltaic panel farm, spread across the factory roofs. By producing renewable energy on-site, we reduce our dependence on grid electricity and support a more sustainable production process.
Offcut & Material Management
Steel offcuts from fabrication are systematically segregated and channelled back into the steel scrap supply chain, ensuring that every kilogram of material either goes into construction or re-enters the circular economy. No material goes to the landfill.
